The information on this site is supplied in good faith.
As all items are hand made, therefore slight variations in colour and beads may occur.
Postage and Packaging is free within the UK. Please contact us for EU and International orders, via our Contact page.
Please email or phone for trade enquiries.
Please notify us of any damaged goods within 4 working days of delivery, and return the goods within 7 days, in order that we may replace the items. Please retain proof of postage.
All orders will be despatched as quickly as possible with a maximum time of 2 weeks, unless stock is unavailable, in which case you will be notified.
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. Please do not send your
card details to us by email. Card details are processed securely online by
a third party payment processor (www.secpay.com)
who guarantee high levels of security with their encrypted processing system.
